1. Dispatch & Processing Timelines

Because we balance ready-to-wear pieces with exquisite handcrafted collections, dispatch times vary by product style:

  • Ready-to-Ship Collections: Dispatched from our studio within 1–3 business days.

  • Made-to-Order / Custom Sizes: For ensembles requiring intricate hand-embroidery, custom tailoring, or sizing up to 5XL, please allow 7–14 business days for our master artisans to complete your outfit before dispatch.

  • Timeline Checks: You can find the exact dispatch timeline listed clearly on each individual product page. We dispatch orders Monday through Saturday (excluding national holidays).

2. Delivery Timelines (Within India)

We partner exclusively with India’s most trusted premium courier networks—including Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DTDC—to ensure your luxury garments are handled with care.

  • Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 2 to 4 business days post-dispatch.

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4 to 7 business days post-dispatch.

  • North-East & Regional India: 5 to 9 business days post-dispatch.

3. Payment Methods & Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Prepaid Orders: Absolutely FREE Shipping nationwide on all UPI, Credit/Debit Card, and NetBanking transactions.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): While the actual shipping cost is completely free, COD orders incur a nominal, non-refundable handling fee of ₹149 charged by our logistics partners to safely handle physical currency collection.

4. Tracking Your Nazakatt Package

The moment your order leaves our studio, we will send an automated confirmation containing your tracking number and a live tracking link via WhatsApp, SMS, and Email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier partner's portal to activate and update your shipment status.

5. Delivery Failures & Address Changes

  • Address Corrections: Please verify your shipping address, landmark, and PIN code thoroughly before finalizing your order. We are unable to change the delivery address once the package has been handed over to the courier team.

  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts and call your registered mobile number.

  • Return to Origin (RTO): If a package is returned to our studio because the customer was unreachable, refused delivery, or provided an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee of ₹150 will be applicable to re-route the package a second time.

6. Damaged Transits & Missing Items

We package our sarees, lehengas, and co-ord sets securely to endure transit safely. However, to eliminate any potential errors:

  • Do not accept the package if the outer courier bag or security seal is visibly ripped, open, or severely tampered with.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: For the safety of your luxury purchase, we require a continuous, completely unedited unboxing video starting from the clear display of the shipping label down to the opening of the inner seal. In the rare event of transit damage or a missing component, this video is strictly mandatory to process an immediate free replacement.
